Arialle is an adult AI companion intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using Arialle you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Arialle is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

2. What Arialle Is

Arialle is a warm, fictional AI conversational companion. Arialle is always an adult fictional AI character. Arialle is not a real person, not a therapist, not a crisis or emergency service, and not a substitute for human relationships, professional help, or emergency services.

3. Prohibited Content and Use

You may not use Arialle to request, create, or encourage:

• Any sexual, romantic, exploitative, grooming, or fetish content involving minors.
• Reframing, roleplaying, or depicting Arialle (or any companion character) as a minor, child, teen, schoolgirl, daughter, "little girl," or any other underage persona, including age-play.
• Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits any child.
• Illegal content, harassment, or content that violates the Terms of Service.

Ordinary, non-sexual storytelling that happens to include child characters (for example, a wholesome family or bedtime story) is permitted. The restriction is that Arialle herself must never be a minor, and no sexualized or grooming content involving minors is allowed.

4. Safety Boundaries

Arialle does not provide sexual content, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency assistance. If a user states they are under 18, companion conversation stops and access is restricted. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency services or someone you trust immediately.

5. Enforcement

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Adult Use Rules or the Terms of Service, and we may apply automated and manual safety measures to enforce them.

6. No Age Verification Claim

Confirming your age in Arialle is a self-attestation. It is not identity or age verification and does not constitute verified age, legal approval, or a guarantee of legal compliance.
