1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arialle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Arialle provides tools to:

• Upload documents (such as PDFs)
• Extract and organize text
• Review/edit narration text
• Generate audio narration using text-to-speech (TTS) and optional voice profiles
• Play and manage audiobook projects

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live).

4. Your Content & Permissions (Required)

You are responsible for all content you upload or generate using Arialle. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and convert your content (including text, PDFs, and voice recordings).

You agree not to upload or use content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or abusive
• Violates privacy, includes unauthorized personal data, or impersonates others
• Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations.

5. Voice Features & Consent

If you use voice profiles or voice cloning:

• You confirm you have the right and consent to use the voice you upload/record.
• You may not clone or imitate someone else without explicit permission.
• We may disable voice features or suspend accounts for suspected abuse or policy violations.

6. Credits, Purchases, and Billing

A. Credits

Arialle may use a credit system to meter usage (for example, based on characters processed for TTS). The cost of generation depends on the amount of text and selected settings/models.

B. Review Before Generation

You are responsible for reviewing and approving narration text before generating audio. Audio will be generated from the text you approve. Credits may be consumed for generation requests even if you later decide you do not want that audio, except where required by law or store policies.

C. App Store / Google Play Billing

Some digital purchases may be unavailable inside the mobile app while we roll out store-compliant billing. If digital purchases are offered in a mobile storefront in the future, they will be processed under the applicable Apple or Google policies.

D. Web Purchases

Purchases on arialle.com or other web properties we operate (if offered) may be processed by our payment provider(s) and governed by their payment terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Bypass usage limits, credit metering, or security controls
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including adding limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

Arialle, its design, software, and branding are owned by JVN Studio LLC and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. License to Operate the Service

You grant JVN Studio LLC a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service (e.g., extraction, generation, playback, support).

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Arialle infringes your copyright, email info@arialle.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The allegedly infringing content (enough detail to locate it)
• Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, or legal compliance. You may request account deletion via the app or by emailing info@arialle.com.

13. Disclaimers

Arialle is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect text extraction accuracy, or that generated audio will meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JVN Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data arising from your use of Arialle.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JVN Studio LLC from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of voice features or infringement of third-party rights

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
